Wear OS Smartwatches can now have ChatGPT with Voice Input via an App

WearGPT

OpenAI’s ChatGPT, an AI-powered chatbot, has been integrated into various services and apps since the generative AI tool was made available for public preview last year. A developer released the WatchGPT app earlier this month, which introduced the chatbot to Apple Watch users and enabled them to share responses with apps for email and social media.

Wear OS smartwatch owners can now use ChatGPT from their watch display with a new application that supports voice input for queries and text-to-speech for answers. It supports voice input and can convert text responses from the chatbot into spoken responses. Users can configure the speed of the text-to-speech feature, as shown in the app’s screenshots.

According to the app’s listing on the Play Store, WearGPT can generate content for short, subjective emails and solve mathematical expressions, and users can configure the app to access content based on their preferences.
