Realme GT Neo 5 SE Launched With 64MP Camera, 4K Recording and 5,500mAh Battery

After several weeks of teasers, Realme has finally released the GT Neo 5 SE in China. The smartphone shares some key specs with regular GT Neo 5, while it has three significant differences in the chipset, camera, and battery.

The new device boasts a 6.74-inch AMOLED screen that has a resolution of 2772 x 1240 px and a 144Hz refresh rate.

The design of the regular GT Neo 5 is almost identical, except for the absence of a separate cutout for the main camera on the large rectangular model.

Qualcomm’s latest 7-series chipset, the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2, is integrated into the GT Neo 5 SE, which also comes with up to 16 GB RAM and up to 1 TB storage.

The phone is powered with Realme UI 4.0 on Android 13.

The camera features a 64MP main sensor, an 8MP ultrawide module, and a 2MP microscope lens, while the 16MP selfie camera is inside the punch-hole cutout.out is a 16MP shooter. While the main camera can record 4K videos at 30 FPS, the selfie camera can only capture 1080p clips.

The differences between the GT Neo 5 and SE model are not limited to the chipset and camera, but also include the battery capacity and charging speeds.

The SE model has a 5,500 mAh battery capacity, while the GT Neo 5 has a 5,000 mAh but the SE model charges at 100W speeds, which is slower than the regular GT Neo 5’s 150W.

In China, the phone will be available for purchase at a starting price of $305 with Blue and Black options.
