The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge will be launched in April, with a 6.65-inch display and thinner bezels comparable to the Galaxy S25 Ultra. The phone is rumored to include a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and a lower battery than the Galaxy S25+ variant. The S25 Edge is likely to be 5.84mm thick and weigh 162g, which is less than the 195g of the Plus model. In addition, it will sport two back cameras rather than three. The device will run One UI 7 on Android 15. Samsung MX’s VP of Product and Marketing for the UK, has assured that the slimness of the S25 Edge would not compromise its longevity, however current sources say it will have a ceramic substance on the rear panel instead of glass.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge | Display Size, Weight and Price Leaked Ahead of Prior to Release

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to include a thin-bezel display, similar to the more costly Galaxy S25 Ultra variant. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge was just unveiled at the just finished Mobile World Congress (MWC 2025), and it is anticipated to go on sale in international markets in April. The next smartphone’s weight, display size, and anticipated pricing have all been disclosed by a tipster. In comparison to the Samsung Galaxy S25+ model, which the firm presented in January, the smartphone is anticipated to come with a Snapdragon 8 Elite CPU and a smaller battery.

According to a tipster Ice Universe (@UniverseIce) on X, the Samsung Galaxy S25 will cost around the same as the Galaxy S25+ model, which was released in January, in addition to the ordinary and premium Ultra model. We may anticipate that the Galaxy S25 Edge will cost about $999 if the tipster’s assertion is true.

Additionally, the tipster claims that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge would have a 6.65-inch screen, which is almost the same as the Galaxy S25+ model’s 6.7-inch screen and the next Galaxy S25 Edge model will have thinner bezels, similar to the Galaxy S25 Ultra model.

Furthermore, the post provides information about the handset’s weight and thickness. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is anticipated to have a thickness of 5.84 mm, which is 1.46 mm thicker than the Galaxy S25+ variant.

In a similar vein, the source claims that the Galaxy S25 Edge will weigh 162g, less than the Plus model’s 195g weight. Notably, though, the next Edge variant will come with a lesser battery than the Galaxy S25+. Likewise, it is anticipated to include two back cameras rather than the triple camera configuration found in the Plus model.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is anticipated to have the same characteristics as the Galaxy S25+, with the exception of the battery and back cameras. These include a specially designed Snapdragon 8 Elite CPU for the Galaxy and 12GB of RAM. Additionally, One UI 7, which is based on Android 15, is anticipated to run it.

The durability of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge will not be affected by its thin design, according to Annika Bizon, Samsung MX VP of Product and Marketing for the UK, who recently told TechRadar. The CEO did not provide any further information on the company’s plans to keep the gadget robust, but according to recent sources, the rear panel would be made of ceramic rather than glass.
