The Honor X5 is now available in the Middle East. The phone was revealed on the Middle East website. The Honor X5 has a 6.5-inch LCD display, with 720×1600 pixel resolution, and 20:9 aspect ratio and is powered by MediaTek Helio G25 SoC, accompanied by an IMG GE8320 GPU and 2GB of RAM. The phone has a single 8-megapixel, f/2.0 rear camera and a front 5-megapixel camera housed in a water drop-shaped notch at the top for selfies.
Honor hasn’t confirmed an official launch in markets outside the Middle East. The release of the Honor X5 coincides with the China launch of the Honor 80 GT. Honor X5 is available in Sunrise Orange, Ocean Blue, and Midnight Black colors. Honor says that the availability of color variant in different regions will be dependent on the market.
Honor X5 comes with 32GB of inbuilt storage and supports external memory expansion up to 1TB via a microSD slot.
There is a MicroUSB port and a 3.5mm headphone jack and connectivity includes Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, GPS, OTG, Bluetooth v5.1. The smartphone has a gravity sensor, proximity sensor, and ambient light sensor. The Honor X5 is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery.
